A seminar on “IEEE projects / research scope and how to go about selecting a project – gateway to future” by Mr. Aimesh Paul, academic head career launcher, CL Educate limited on 20-09-2013 in which 96 students of final year ECE attended and benefited.
Guest lecture on “3G trends and its next generation” by Mr. E. Sai Prasad, Sub divisional Engineer, BSNL RTT Chennai 30-09-2013 in which 96 students of final year ECE attended and benefited.
A guest lecture on SATELLITE COMMUNICATINON by Prof ELANGOVAN RAJAGOPALAN on 16-08-2014 in which 84 students of final year ECE got benefited.

Industrial visit to “BSNL”, Chennai Telephones, East Tambaram on 10-09-2013 by 3rd year students of ECE.
Industrial visit to “SANMINA – SCI LTD”, Oragadam, SIPCOT, Sriperumbudur on 31-01-2014 by final year students of ECE.
Industrial visit to “THERMAL POWER PLANT” Ennoor Chennai on 15-03-2015 by 3rd year students of ECE.
Industrial visit to “DOORDARSHAN KENDRA” Chennai on 10-03-2014 by 2nd year students of ECE

3.WORKSHOPS

One day workshop on “PCB design and Fabrication” using EAGLE PCB with hands on training by Insystronics Technology, Villivakkam, Chennai – 600 049 on 01-2-2014 in which 75 students of 2nd year got benefited.
Two days workshop on ACCELERO ROBOTICS with hands on training by TECHNOPILLIA AN IIT TRAINER on 07-03-2014 & 08-03-2014 in which 161 students of second year and third year got benefited.

4. EETP(EMPLOYABILITY ENHANCEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM)

AICTE has shortlisted the college to nomiate BE/B.Tech students for conduct of this program in collaboration with the REGIONAL TELECOM TRAINING CENTRE BSNL Marai malai nagar Chennai – 209. The program contains three certified level course for the students.
